After a successful career in the corporate world for 15 years, Alya was able to connect professionally with her calling and joined one of the top social sector government entities in the UAE to pursue her passion and advocacy for social entrepreneurship, community engagement, and women leadership development.

As a natural progression of her ambitions and service to others, Alya has created “Alya AlHebshi Consultancy” – a boutique consultancy firm with the focus on modern Emirati Identity Strategy, Corporate Innovation, Corporate Training, Executive Coaching, Change Management, Govt. Excellence Model and Assessment Services, Social Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.
